NEW Under Salt Marsh & Over To Fairbourne

Earlier this year Sky Atlantic released Under Salt Marsh, a six-part drama set in the close-knit Welsh fictional town of Morfa Halen which had been fractured by an unspeakable crime. You don’t need to have seen the drama to enjoy this flat walk from Carousal Cafe registration over the fantastic Barmouth Bridge, across the salt marshes and grazing land and into the village of Fairbourne where many of the scenes were filmed. The village has lots of history to appreciate including Second World War ‘Dragon’s Teeth’ tank traps. Toilets along the route. Flat easy walking on good surfaces.
