Penmaenpool to Giant's Head (DM)

For those using public transport we catch the 09:50am T3 bus from Jubilee Road. Get off at Penmaenpool and walk across the bridge. Small toll required.

We meet at Penmaenpool and ascend through forest paths and pleasant woodland. The walk goes across several fields before reaching the impressive Giant's Head. There is a gentle descent down before taking lunch. After lunch walkers have the option of returning straight back to Penmaenpool, or alternatively there is an optional two-mile extension which includes some ascent before the return to Penmaenpool.
